Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, individuals who are uninsured or who do not plan to use insurance to pay for health care services generally have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.

Ember Skies Counseling, PLLC is a private-pay practice. When applicable, a Good Faith Estimate will be provided in accordance with federal requirements.

Counseling Fees

Initial Session: $110

Ongoing Individual Therapy Session: $100

Your estimated cost will depend on the services you are scheduled to receive and the expected duration of care.

A Good Faith Estimate is an estimate of expected charges. It is not a guarantee of the final cost of services.

What Your Estimate May Include

Your Good Faith Estimate may include expected charges for services that are reasonably expected to be provided by Ember Skies Counseling, PLLC during the estimated period of care.

If your treatment needs or the expected services change, your estimated costs may also change.

Disputing a Bill

If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill through the federal patient-provider dispute resolution process.
