-
Person-centered
Therapy starts with you. We'll take time to understand your experiences, what you're navigating, and what you hope to get from therapy.
-
Collaborative
You don't have to figure everything out on your own. We'll work together to explore what feels difficult, build on your strengths, and find approaches that feel right for you.
-
Practical
Therapy can offer insight, but it should also be useful in your everyday life. We'll work on skills and strategies you can carry with you beyond our sessions.
